Amy Johnston
Program Director
Amy is a choir conductor, fine arts teacher and youth program director with a passion for working with community youth groups. She has degrees in Music and Leadership.
Jessica Dickens
Program Coordinator
Jessica worked as assistant manager of Gateway Games, where she spent years running kid-friendly D&D games for ages 8-16. She still keeps in touch with many of them, who are all taller than her!
Amy and Jessica founded Gilbert After School together to provide a safe environment where kids can gather with their friends for fun and enrichment activities. Both have child safety training and fingerprint clearance from the AZ Department of Public Safety.
The programs take place at Falkenstine Hall, located on the Gilbert Presbyterian Church campus. Amy is Music Director at GPC, and Jessica has been a member and musician with the church since childhood. They are both dedicated to the church mission of serving the Gilbert community by providing opportunities for kids after school.
